Expression of devotion on World Children Day
Havana-Katatura the 20th of November 2025
This world children day is a day of hope and perspectivity for Namibian children in Havana-Katatura. With the weekly philanthropic aid of the alliance of international through their chairman Sultan Masood Dakik, nutritional safety alongside a basic education is achieved as a regional milestone.
The children on the ground celebrate the alliance´s work and refer to the chairman as their father and sing expressions of devotion for him.
Sultan Masood Dakik has been active in child aid since his early twenties when he started adopting children amounting up to 49 orphans, providing aid with basic needs.
Since then the chairman has regularily been launching supply initiatives at rural villages in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nigeria and Tanzania. Nearly all business trips he undertook worldwide did also include the active support of rural areas or cooperational talks with regional champions in aid.
With the emphasis of the quality of life as an index for the Alliance of International Aid to act, the chairman Sultan Masood Dakik has targeted Havana-Katatura and provides existential support in the form of nutrition, education as well as accomodational supply in a weekly format.
"Children are the future of society" are words of the chairman appealing to their role as upcoming leaders. With his initiative the alliance of international aid is keen to provide a generational cascade by enabling children to become leaders and to help children further in the future of new generations to come.
Expression of gratitude
Havana 10th of November 2025 - The Grace Charity and soup kitchen organization has expressed their heatfelt gratitude to the chairman Sultan Masood Dakik for his contributions to the people of Havana.
The chairman was active in sponsoring basic education alongside support in accomodation by providing mattrases and nutrition by opening a soup kitchen. This was highly regarded by the Principal Esmeralda Melissa who addressed the chairman under witness of director Matheus Tuhafeni as follows:
"During winter or rainy time learners had no where to go, but to sleep only on a blanket. Most of our learners had fever due to cough and flue, because of the weather, but thanks to God that there are people like you our kindergarten children lives in safety place."

The Chairman recently met with Namibian politicians to discuss critical human rights issues affecting the Himba and Zimba tribes. The dialogue reinforced the Chairman’s commitment to social responsibility as part of his ongoing industrial development initiative at Namibia’s Skeleton Coast.

Dr. Itula, former presidential candidate of the SWAPO Party, Chairman Sultan Masood Dakik reaffirmed his dedication to development-focused initiatives across Namibia.
The discussion centered around sustainable strategies to unlock the country’s full potential, with both leaders emphasizing the critical role of political participation in shaping a prosperous future.
Their dialogue underscored a shared vision, that meaningful political engagement, paired with efforts to elevate quality of life, is essential to realizing long-term national transformation.
Aligned with his development goals, the Chairman pledged to actively promote the well-being and quality of life for indigenous communities across the Kunene region. His approach emphasizes inclusive growth, respect for cultural heritage, and sustainable impact.

Meeting of intent between Alliance of International Aid and the Governorate of Kunene
Opuwo, Namibia the 6th of June 2025
Chairman Sultan Masood Dakik met with Governor Sankwasa to discuss PCDI (Peace City Development Initiative). The governor highly appreciates the commitment of Sultan Masood Dakik and is willing to contribute to the realization of this vision with diligence.
Governor Sankwasa has expressed his openness and willingness to engage with Chairman Sultan Masood Dakik to mark a significant and encouraging beginning of a fruitful collaboration. Both share the commitment to improving the livelihoods of people living in informal settlements through job creation, and more critically, by addressing the pressing issue of housing provision for ultra-low to low-income earners.
In alignment with this vision for wider development, chairman Sultan Masood Dakik and Govenor Sankwasa are highly considering the call of the newly approved National Housing Policy of 2023. Its emphasis on inclusive, sustainable, and equitable housing development strongly resonates with the Alliance of international Aid´s vision.
The policy is seen as a vital framework to guide our efforts, especially in the context of the informal settlement upgrading initiative and the envisioned smart city development for Kunene Region.
Chairman Sultan Masoood Dakik is continuing with the necessary preparations in terms of both funding and the mobilisation of technical expertise for the informal settlement upgrading project, as well as the PCDI.

Chairman Sultan Masood Dakik Delivers Nutritional Aid to Children in Katutura and Havana

As part of his ongoing commitment to community welfare, Chairman Sultan Masood Dakik visited the Katutura and Havana regions to oversee the distribution of nutritional support for local children. The initiative reflects his dedication to addressing food security challenges and promoting the health and development of Namibia’s youngest citizens.
Chairman Dakik emphasized that investing in child nutrition is key to empowering future generations and creating lasting social impact across underserved areas.
In that sense he has eargerly instituted weekly visits to Havana-Katatura as part of his Namibian development initiative as part of his Havana-Katatura-Children-Initiative (HKCI) launched on the 26th of April of 2025.
